- Non-first purchase: Login membership account -> Select items -> Add in shopping cart -> Select payment method -> Complete purchase
After completing an order, is it possible to cancel, add an item, amend the quantity, or to merge the orders to save the shipping cost?
To avoid affecting the inventory and committing accounting error, please kindly understand that we are unable to amend, add and merge the order.
What are the available payment methods?

What about the shipping cost and delivery details?
General districts
- Over HK$500 purchase (after discount), can enjoy free shipping.
- Under HK$500 purchase (after discount), shipping fee will be charged at HK$80.
Special districts (Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Park Island)
HK1,000 or over purchase (after discount), can enjoy free shipping. Under HK$1,000 purchase (after discount), shipping fee will be charged at HK$100.

Delivery company / SF Express / Smart Locker
Areas in service
- Areas in service include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
- Extra fee will be applied on delivery to Discovery Bay, Tung Chung city center and Park Island (purchase under HK$1,000, HK$100 shipping fee will be charged)
- Village house, walk-up buildings and other buildings with stairs, additional fee may be applied, and the additional fee will be charged upon delivery.
- Delivery service is not available in Outlying Islands and other designated areas, including but not limited to the below: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
- Delivery service to Macau is unavailable. By selecting SF Express or smart locker, delivery area will not include Macau.
Delivery process
After confirmation of payment, under normal circumstances, delivery will be made within 5-6 working days. Orders to be sent to remote areas in Hong Kong takes extra 1-2 days for delivery.

- Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
- Saturday, Sunday and public holiday: off
Other conditions
- In case of Typhoon signal number 8 and above, and Black Storm Warning, delivery on that day or the day after may be delayed or cancelled. We will contact the customers for further arrangement.
- For those choosing smart locker, if the locker is full, the delivery person may contact you to arrange another locker location, in order to increase the delivery efficiency.
- Please kindly check the purchased items upon receipt. If the item is damage, please remark the problem on the delivery receipt and contact our Customer Service Department at +852 9062 6405.
- Please do not use P.O. Box as delivery address.
- Only 1 designated delivery address per order. If you have different locations to deliver, please separate the orders accordingly.
