Humidifier transforms White Factor antibacterial liquid to fine air molecules by high wave. It floats in the air to achieve the sterilization effect when it encounters the pathogen.

It is suitable to place on high level on table with timer to spray in the environment to eliminate the droplets pathogen. It reduces probability of cross infection.

Suitable environment to use: living room, restaurant, bedroom, office, classroom, kindergarten, nursery, hospital, clinic, hospital wardroom, elderly and palliative center, etc.

This is a normal phenomenon, the water storage tank will quantitatively add the antibacterial liquid to the water tank and atomize it, it will not overflow.

If the antibacterial solution in the body tank is not used for two days, please remove it and replenish some new solution.

White Factor’s main ingredient is very safe, it is not harmful to human and pets, there is no need to avoid it while in use.

(1) Combat environmental pathogen

A. 10-15 minutes after get up from bed, turn on the atomizer to disinfect the space.

B. When there is frequent in and out of personnel, e.g. off from work and school, guest visit. The atomizer can be turned on to remove foreign pathogenic microorganisms, preventing family members from cross-infection.

Not recommended. The main component of  White Factor will interact with the essential oil, affecting the antibacterial effect. The essential oil component may also cause White Factor humidifier to become brittle and cause damage to the machine.

If you use essential oil, please bear the risk of machine damage.

Not recommend. If use it as humidifier, please use RO filtered water, also need to clean and dry it after used.  Do not use tap water. Tap water contains calcium and magnesium plasma, which will precipitate on the surface of the atomizer sink when used, forming solid scale, which will affect the atomization effect.

If it is not cleaned in time, it will increase the load of the atomizing sheet, causing the atomized sheet to burn out.

Not recommended. White Factor atomizer is designed exclusively for White Factor antibacterial liquid. Because the contents of other antibacterial liquid components are different, and it is not tested to ensure whether the machine will be damaged during operation.

Even if it is also a Hypochlorous Acid component, the content may contain other substances due to different techniques, purity, and pH.  If it is deposited on the atomized sheet, the atomized sheet may also be damaged.

Not recommend. Hypochlorous Acid easily oxidizes metal, since the structure and material of other brand humidifiers cannot be confirmed, it is recommended to use White Factor humidifier with White Factor disinfectant liquid only.

If the shaking is severe during movement, the antibacterial liquid may flow into the air outlet, causing damage to the machine. It is recommended that the disinfectant liquid be poured out before moving to a fixed point.

Regular cleaning extends the lifespan of the humidifier: to avoid the accumulation of scale on the lower atomized sheet and affect its effect, it is recommended to clean it at least once a week.

When cleaning, use a soft cloth or a cotton swab to clean it. Do not use a hard tool to remove scale. Do not use detergent, alcohol, etc. to clean the body and parts to avoid damage to the machine.

If you do not use it for a long time, please dry it. In order to maintain the quality of the product, please pour out the disinfectant liquid left in the sink and the water tank, clean it, and then put it into the original box when it is dry.

How to use long and short nozzles:

Short spray nozzle: directional spray toward the front, strengthen the removal of pathogenic microorganisms against the fixed point.

Long spray nozzle: With the nozzle opening facing up, it will quickly spread the mist to the entire space for environmental antibacterial disinfection.

The nozzle can be interchangeable according to the needs.

The main component of White Factor is Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), which is the same as human leukocyte antibacterial factor. The concentration of product components meets safety standards and obtained third-party certification (China Disease Control and Prevention Center). It is non-toxic and non-irritating to eyes, skin and mouth cavity.

Alcohol must be maintained at a high concentration of 75% for effective disinfection. It is too irritating to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract, and it causes eye irritation, skin allergy and respiratory tract discomfort.

The main component of "bleach" is high concentration sodium hypochlorite. In general, it is needed to dilute with water in 1:20 or 1:30 ratio for use. It is not recommended for skin contact due to high concentration and strong alkali.

The main component of White Factor is uncharged low acidic Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), which is antibacterial effective at low concentrations.

The main ingredient of White Factor is hypochlorous acid.  Its concentration will decrease according to the user’s habits, storage methods and time under the unopened and opened condition.

Under the unopened condition, please store in a cool place,  avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, in order to achieve the best disinfection effect.  For the best before date, please refer to date on the bottle.

Under the opened condition, please finish using the product as soon as possible, the best before dates after opening are as below respectively.  Please store opened products in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature.

25ml / 50ml / 100ml / 500ml：for the spray packaging, please finish using them in 3 months after opening.
2L & 5L：for the refill packaging, please finish using them in 6 months after opening.

White Factor cannot cure flu. At present, there is no medication to cure flu. The prescriptions prescribed by a doctor are only for relieving the symptoms of cold discomfort.

In an environment that is prone to contact and cross-infection, please use White Factor for cleaning and anti-bacteria anytime. White Factor is the best health guardian to effectively reduce infection through contact and droplet spread.

In addition to cleaning the space effectively, White Factor also has deodorizing function.

When White Factor removes pathogens on the surface of environmental objects, it also acts on odor molecules that are unpleasant in the air or on the surface of the object to remove odor. Therefore, it is possible to effectively remove unpleasant smells of smoke, soot, and toilet odors.

‘White Factor’ is developed from the antibacterial concept of white blood cells in the human immune system. We produce the same antibacterial factor, which is found in white blood cells, called HOCl (Hypochlorous Acid).  It penetrates into the cell of pathogens to destroy the microorganism.  Our principles:

1. Efficacy – granted by internationally recognized laboratories that White Factor is 99.9% against bacteria and virus
2. Safety – not harmful to our skin while it kills germs. pH is a crucial factor.  White Factor uses Japan technology to articulate pH level to 5.5 +/- 1, which is not harmful to our skin and safe for the both children and adult.  The whole family can use White Factor.  Please read the information on packaging before you make purchase decision.
3. Quality – to maintain disinfection efficacy during valid period, that means high stability is achieved.  Under the unopened and storage in cool place without expose to sunlight condition, it is proven by test that White Factor achieve high stability for 12-18 months in respective with the product size.

If your disinfectant product does not have the above 3 principles, we suggest you to reconsider your selection.

“Sodium hypochlorite (bleach NaOCl)” and “HOCl hypochlorous acid” (i.e. White Factor) are completely different components. You might smell is the scent of hypochlorous acid from our products.  As bleach contains a little bit of hypochlorous Acid, so its smell associates with White Factor. White Factor is never added with bleach and other harmful chemical additives, so please feel free to use it.

Other than using it on our hands and skin, it is usable for cleaning when we go out, for instance, public seat, doorknob, table surface, mobile phone, personal items, etc.

For making White Factor portable to use on a plane, the volume of personal protection series is designed within 100ml, that complies with the airlines’ regulation. Travelers can bring and use the product with ease.

Cannot.  White Factor’s ingredient is HOCl and it is very sensitive that the disinfection function can be weakened by external environment.  Therefore, using specific container is very important and it cannot be dispensed into your own bottles.   Moreover, when the air and other invisible pathogens contact the product, it increases chance of contamination.

Our bottles are light-proof and it is a must to use a compatible material with our disinfectant.  It is strictly tested in order to maintain the ingredient’s stability to achieve the best disinfection efficacy.  Consumers can use it securely.

It is recommend to finish using it as soon as possible, to ensure product quality and effectiveness. Please also store it in a cool place, avoid sunlight and high temperature environment.

The concentration of Extra Strength is higher than that of the skin cleansing protective liquid. If there is a need to go to a country with more infectious diseases,  go to the hospital, please consider Extra Strength version.  Both concentrations are at safe concentration level, please use them with ease.

Mainly for environment cleaning, it can be sprayed on furniture and household items, such as dining table, rubbish bin, refrigerator, remote control, game mattress. Not required to rinse with water after spray, only need to wipe the item with clean tissue paper.

No. The combination of White Factor and other components induces instability that will weaken the antibacterial effect.

Cannot.  The ingredient of White Factor is HOCl, it is very sensitive to the external environment, and the product’s antibacterial effect could be weakened by it.  Thus, using specific container is very important.  It is not recommended to rebottle White Factor to other containers.  The outer layer of our bottle is light-shading; additionally, the material must be compatible with our disinfectant.  White Factor bottle is strictly tested to ensure the product stability, in order to achieve the best antibacterial and disinfection efficacy, so that you could use it securely.

That depends on the frequency and the volume of mist; on average, it could be used for about 1 month.

Cannot.  It is not recommended to open the lid of 500ml and rebottle it. It weakens the stability of the 500ml disinfectant.

5L  is designed with a hose tap for dispensing the disinfectant into 230ml and 20ml empty bottles provided by us, this reduces the chance of affecting product stability.  Dispensing the disinfectant into small quantity each time, and it is recommended to finish using the 230ml and 20ml in 7 days, in order to achieve the best antibacterial efficacy.

Instructions for dispensing 5L:

To ensure the efficacy of White Factor, please strictly follow the below instruction

1. Use the empty bottles provided by White Factor （passed stability test）
2. Before dispensing, clean your hands, external part and inside of  the bottle, and the spray head by White Factor.
3. Dispensing the disinfectant into small quantity each time, and it is recommended to finish using the 230ml and 20ml in 7 days

It is necessary to clean the superficial dirt, dust or other debris first, then spray White Factor for disinfection, so it will be more effective and complete.
