Return and Exchange Policy
- Welcome shopping at White Factor website, if you find any quality problems or errors or omissions in the goods after receiving, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt and provide the photos of outer box and the goods. If it is verified that the problem is not deliberately created or caused by improper use, the company will arrange to replace the goods.
- The company only accepts return requests for reasons related to product quality.
- If Return or exchange goods later than 3 days from the date of receipt, sorry that relevant arrangement cannot be made.
- Based on the principle of hygiene, returned goods must be unopened and not used, and all packaging, accessories and instructions, etc. (if applicable) must be fully kept.
- If product is not successfully dispatched and then returned, we will reschedule the delivery, but customer will be responsible for the charge incurred by re-delivery.
- If product is damaged due to delivery process, we will provide you with a commodity replacement service.
